Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, with a career built on the dealer and equipment side of the business. She currently serves as Regional Vice President at Johnson‑Lancaster & Associates, where she has developed deep expertise in foodservice equipment, product strategy, and client relationships across a wide range of hospitality environments.

Throughout her career, Kim has supported projects ranging from independent restaurants to large-scale corporate and hospitality developments. Her work has contributed to initiatives involving organizations such as Google, Amazon, Tesla, MGM Resorts International, Live! Casino & Hotel, Aramark, and Compass Group. This experience gives her a practical understanding of how equipment decisions, procurement strategy, and operational requirements shape successful foodservice environments.

At Culinary Charm, Kim brings extensive product knowledge and a strong client-focused mindset to the firm’s growing practice. While new to the kitchen design side of the industry, she approaches the discipline with curiosity and determination, viewing it as an opportunity to expand her expertise and contribute to building a best-in-class foodservice design firm.
