About Linda
Linda Callahan brings more than 18 years of experience in the foodservice industry, including over a decade focused on foodservice design. Her work is grounded in a simple principle: kitchens should function as well in real life as they do on paper. Drawing on years of operational insight, Linda designs spaces that reduce labor friction, improve workflow, and support the way teams actually move, cook, and collaborate during service.
Known for her technical curiosity and attention to detail, Linda approaches every project with an engineer’s mindset and an operator’s perspective. She has a particular passion for equipment planning, ensuring that every specification, layout decision, and utility requirement is carefully considered. From efficient kitchen flow to precise equipment integration, she believes the smallest details often have the greatest impact on long-term performance.
At Culinary Charm, Linda helps guide projects from concept through documentation with a focus on practicality, precision, and collaboration. Her goal is to deliver kitchens that are not only compliant and build-ready, but also intuitive for the teams who rely on them every day.
Outside of project work, Linda is motivated by building something lasting. She is passionate about growing Culinary Charm into a legacy for her children and nephews, demonstrating the value of hard work, curiosity, and craftsmanship.
A Maryland native, Linda remains loyal to blue crabs, oysters, and anything seasoned with Old Bay. When she is not immersed in kitchen layouts and equipment schedules, she can often be found reading, listening to true crime podcasts, organizing something with a label maker, or enjoying board games with her family, where her competitive trivia streak tends to make an appearance.
“Great kitchens are not just designed. They are engineered to work.”
